Partial Differential Equations
Research Activities:
I study nonlinear wave equations appearing relativistic quantum mechanics and gauge theory by functional analysis. In particular, I am interested in the Cauchy problem and scattering theory of nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations, nonlinear Dirac equations, Maxwell's equations and Yang-Mills' equations. I work on problems on local and global well-posedness, asymptotic behavior, regularity and singularity of solutions. My recent research is mainly about systems of the equations describing interactions of fields.
